My eggs are carefully washed with baking soda as needed. One small hole is drilled in the large end to blow them out. The inside is rinsed with several rounds of plain water. No chemicals are used. I work very hard to make sure they are acceptably clean. If you look real close, you can see the small hole in a few of them in the photo. The hole on most of these is through the outer shell only and the skin still covers the hole and isn't as noticeable. The possibilities are endless with these eggs! I sell white duck, goose, blue duck, mostly smaller chicken eggs in various sizes, shapes and colors from white to beige to brown and also a limited number of turkey eggs.
